Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Job Description:
Roadrunner Plumbing & Air is searching for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for residential and commercial customers
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location and job urgency
- Communicate job details to technicians and keep customers informed of service updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job statuses in the system
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to optimize scheduling and workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and/or dispatching experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and computer systems
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
