OUR IDEAL LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN 

The primary responsibility in this role is to consistently meet weekly target goals by achieving job conversions that align with our company’s KPI standards. This involves executing the required tasks in an organized and quality-controlled manner to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of our customers.

Job Specifications:

• Generate turnover opportunities for the sales department.
• Evaluate and present three service options to meet customer needs aligned with the Roadrunner Plumbing & Air & Air range of offerings.
• Implement cross-promotion of all products offered by the business.
• Thoroughly inspect plumbing and HVAC systems to identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, repair, or replacement that will benefit the customer.
• Conduct comprehensive maintenance, including necessary tests and documentation such as static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage draws.

Individual Expectations:

Achieve or surpass the designated daily budgeted KPIs for your department, including:

• Keeping the callback rate below 3%
• Managing your truck inventory at the appropriate baseline levels
• Meeting MFO & DFO targets
• Exceeding budgeted lead generation and sales goals
• Maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Possession of OSHA 10 Certification in Construction Safety and Health.
• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Capability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Strong communications skills and customer service
• Ability to read and translate blueprints and specifications.
• Possess a high level of time management skills.
• Demonstrates reliable attendance throughout employment.
• Satisfactory fulfillment of a pre-employment drug screening, encompassing tests for substances including Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, and Methadone, in addition to a comprehensive background check, is required for successful consideration.

Physical Requirements:

This role entails frequent activities such as walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting heavy objects. You may be required to work in strenuous and uncomfortable positions, often near gas lines, fumes, and potentially toxic chemicals, both indoors and outdoors. It’s important to note that you may also be exposed to extreme temperatures. Some local travel may be necessary for this position.
