Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Job Description:

Roadrunner Plumbing & Air is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring technicians have the necessary materials for jobs, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory and supplies
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
3. Prepare and distribute materials and equipment for service technicians
4. Track inventory usage and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages
5. Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space
6. Assist with returns, warranties, and vendor communication
7. Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role (preferred)
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
4. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software
5. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
