Job Description:

Roadrunner Plumbing & Air is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential & Commercial Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing issues, performing installations, conducting maintenance, and ensuring high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties
2. Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, pipes, and other plumbing components
3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections
4. Provide excellent customer service and communicate solutions clearly
5. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Plumber (preferred) or relevant experience in the trade
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
