Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Job Description:

Roadrunner Plumbing & Air is searching for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
2. Schedule and coordinate service appointments for residential and commercial customers
3. Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location and job urgency
4. Communicate job details to technicians and keep customers informed of service updates
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job statuses in the system
6. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
7. Work collaboratively with the team to optimize scheduling and workflow

Qualifications:

1. Previous customer service and/or dispatching experience (preferred)
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Proficiency in using scheduling software and computer systems
5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
6. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
